Cytech Upgrades its Comfort Display in the Visitor Centre at BRE

The interactive display of Cytech’s COMFORT INTELLIGENT HOME SYSTEM in the Visitor Centre at the Building Research Establishment (BRE) has been transformed with a complete upgrade.

As well as providing an interesting focal point for visitors to try out, the display illustrates the versatility of the Comfort home automation system. At BRE, Watford, the demonstration unit integrates with the KNX system throughout the site controlling lighting and heating and is used as part of BRE’s training programme covering KNX intelligent building controls.

At BRE the Comfort demonstration can be controlled by telephone, Comfort’s new KP06 keypad and also by iPad using the Comfort app.

The upgrade of the Comfort demonstration unit was carried out by Household Automation, a leading Cytech installer.
