Following positive growth and involvement in an ever increasing range of projects, the shareholders of Door Entry IP Ltd and Albrecht JUNG reached agreement, that effective as of 1st March 2019 the business of Door Entry IP Ltd will be absorbed into a new JUNG subsidiary, Albrecht JUNG UK Ltd.
Door Entry IP Ltd, the UK distributor for Siedle, was founded in 2002 by Graham Oliver. In 2015, through the synergy cooperation between Siedle and JUNG, the company became involved in the shared distribution of JUNG products in the UK and, in 2017, became responsible for all UK sales. With the founding of the new JUNG subsidiary, the director and staff of Door Entry IP Ltd are now employed at Albrecht JUNG UK Ltd.
As Graham Oliver, managing director and part shareholder points out: “This arrangement made complete sense to all parties. The rapidly growing interest in JUNG products, and London’s status as a thriving centre for designers has led to specification in projects not only in the UK but internationally, including in Thailand, Poland, Vietnam, Russia and many other countries. The solid investment by the German parent company has already created more opportunities including additional personnel, which will lead to greater market share and development.”
