WAGO Introduces New Accessories for the WINSTA Pluggable Connection System

New accessories for the WINSTA® Pluggable Connection System allow clamping units to be opened and closed simultaneously.

Easy and convenient conductor termination: WINSTA® MINI and MIDI Series operating tools allow all clamping units in a plug or socket to be opened and closed simultaneously. Electrical installation is greatly simplified for extremely compact WINSTA® components because all cable leads can be simultaneously connected. The new accessories are available for both the 2- to 5-pole MINI Series, as well as 2- and 3-pole MIDI Series pluggable connectors. All operating tools are equipped with metal blades, making them particularly robust and durable.

The WINSTA® MINI pluggable connectors expedite electrical installations in space-restricted applications. Both a compact design and plug-and-play functionality make the MINI Series ideal for connecting components such as sensors, actuators and lights. The MIDI Series offers the greatest diversity of connectors, as well as mechanical and color coding options for power supply and distribution, electrical loads and information technology applications.

The WINSTA® Pluggable Connection System

WINSTA® is WAGO’s pluggable connection system that is ideally suited for building installations. It is the electrical interface that links power supply and distribution to electrical loads (e.g., lights) and encompasses data processing (bus lines in building automation). With the MINI, MINI special, MIDI, MIDI special, MAXI, RD, KNX, and IDC product families, WINSTA® provides the ability to simply plug electrical installations and components together — making installs safe, error-free and quick. WINSTA® — perfectly plugged!
