Coronavirus Update – Elsner Elektronik

Despite pandemic and restrictions in public life: At Elsner Elektronik, development, production and sales continue! Here are a few insights into our current working methods:

Working structure

We have “isolated” ourselves in the company building as far as possible. That is why parts of development, marketing, order processing and service work in the home office. The employees remaining in Ostelsheim have split up into the vacant offices and meeting rooms. Meetings take place by telephone.

The canteen has already been closed since 16.03.20. The cafeteria is now only used by the production employees, who are divided into two break shifts. So there is enough space to keep their distance. Fortunately, the surroundings of the company building are ideal for stretching your legs a little during the break and enjoying the spring sunshine.

Customer contact and visits

Please refrain from visiting us personally at the moment. We are happy to be at your service by telephone on +49 7033 30945 0 and repairs can be sent to us by post. Again, please contact our service team in advance by telephone or e-mail: +49 7033 30945 250, service@elsner-elektronik.de.

Also our field service does not make any visits at the moment. Projects with customers and suppliers are discussed on the phone.

Trade fairs, congresses and training courses are not taking place. If you are interested in our new products, you will still find current information in our newsletter and on the website.

Ordering and shipping

Orders are processed just as quickly as usual, regardless of whether they are received via the web shop, by e-mail or fax. Before ordering, please check if your postal code area is not served by certain shipping service providers. Please inform us of any such restrictions when ordering so that we can find an alternative shipping route. We are not responsible if your package cannot be delivered because the address is in a restricted area.
