KNX UK Award Winners Share Insights at Network Event

KNX UK 2017 Award Winners revealed the inside stories of their success to the KNX community at the Star Tavern in London last Thursday 6th July.

Speakers from IBT Group (formerly known as EnTech), Sagar Smart Homes, Union Systems, Hughes Electra and Schneider Electric gathered to talk through their award-winning projects and products in front of a packed room of fellow integrators, professionals, wholesalers and manufacturers. After each presentation, the audience were invited to satisfy their curiosity with an in-depth and well-supported Q&A session.

“On the hottest day of the year so far, we were delighted with the turnout and quality of this event,” says Steven Payne from BEG UK. “Our Award winners added real meat to their successful projects, giving everybody an understanding of what made them so special and challenging. It was also interesting to hear how using KNX technology had solved so many problems. We’d like to thank all the participants for making such an enjoyable and fascinating evening.”

Hughes Electra Ltd explained how their work in the MDU sector had earned the company the top prize of KNX Integrator of the Year. Sagar Smart Systems spoke on Beau House, their winning entry in KNX Residential Installation of the Year while Union Systems presented on their highly commended project in the same category, Chronicle Tower. IBT talked on its prestigious KNX Commercial Installation of the Year, City View. Schneider Electric demonstrated its KNX Product of the Year, the Multitouch Pro.
